To receive a replacement or a refund, we must be notified of damages or lost items no later than 14 days from the delivery date. Please keep all damaged items and packaging for inspection purposes. Studio Daboo is not responsible for lost items after 14 days of receipt.
For two-dimensional artworks such as prints, best recommendation is you frame your new purchase as soon as possible using UV-blocking Plexi or glass as well as conservation-grade mat and board. If you want to store it for a later date, keep it in between archival sheets of paper in laying position at the dark place preferably an archival box.
