If your item arrives damaged or blemished, please send photos of the damaged items, shipping tube, and your shipping label to info@studiodaboo.com within 14 days from the date you received the item. If your package has been lost, please email us at info@studiodaboo.com after 2 weeks from the expected delivery date. To receive a replacement or a refund, we must be notified of damages or lost items no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
Please keep all damaged items and packaging for inspection purposes. Studio Daboo is not responsible for lost items after 14 days of receipt.
